    1. How long are shipping times?

    We Currently Ship to the US, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Australia. Shipping times are between 10 to 15 Business days days after processing. If your order is placed during the weekend, We will process your order the next business day. We will send you a tracking number to keep track of your order. 

  1. What's your return policy?

    All return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery date.

    Once your request has been submitted one of our team specialist will get back to you within two business days on how to move forward with your return.

    Please note we will email you a shipping label for you to use for your return. for a fee of $5.00 USD which will be deducted from your total purchase price. 

    Items must be Shipped back within 7 Business days of the request approval to return the items. 

    Once the item are received and inspected by one of our team, then we will process your refund on the original form of payment.

     5. Can I cancel my order?

    You may cancel your order within 24 hours after it's been placed. Please note sometimes orders are shipped out before the 24 hours cancellation window, in this case once the product is received we will email you a shipping label for the product to be sent back FREE of charge. 

    6. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

    If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we can process an exchange.

    We will send you a shipping label once the items are received, we will ship out the correct item.
